How to use dandelion
Herbal Tea (decoction): Place 1-2 teaspoons in 500ml of water. Bring to boil, remove from heat and let steep for 15-20mins before straining. Drink hot or cold. This infusion can also be used topically as a skin wash.
Infuse in oil for use in DIY salves, lotions and other topical formulations
