Free Local Delivery over R450 · Free Nationwide Delivery over R750
Cape Town — delivered by our own team
• Free standard delivery on orders over R450 (1–4 working days), delivered on your area’s scheduled delivery day
• In a hurry? Add R60 for priority next-business-day delivery
• Free priority delivery on orders over R750 (1–2 working days)
• Orders under R450: from R45, depending on your area
• Outlying Cape Town areas (Strand, Somerset West, Mitchells Plain): a R60 surcharge applies until R750
Nationwide — by courier
• Free standard delivery on orders over R750 (3–5 working days)
• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Gqeberha, East London and surrounds): free priority/overnight over R1,000; add R60 for priority below that
• Regional / outlying towns: free priority over R1,500; add R90 for priority below that
• Orders under R750: from R95, depending on weight and destination
Collect & pickup
• Free collection from our Century City store — we’ll notify you when your order is ready
• High-risk areas: for safe, reliable delivery, certain areas are serviced via Pargo or Bob Box pickup points only
Place your order before 11:00 on a business day and we’ll aim to dispatch it the same day. Please note: 11:00 is a dispatch target, not a delivery guarantee — actual delivery times depend on order volumes, courier capacity and your area’s scheduled delivery day. Orders are processed once payment clears; timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays.
Notice: Pricing & Delivery Adjustments
Dear Valued Customer,
We want to be open with you about some necessary changes coming to our pricing and delivery structure.
Over the past months, global instability and ongoing conflicts have had a ripple effect across many industries. Here in South Africa, we’ve felt this through rising fuel costs, increased import tariffs, and higher supplier pricing—especially on goods sourced internationally.
As a business, we’ve done everything we can to absorb these increases for as long as possible. Unfortunately, the pressure has now reached a point where we can no longer sustain our current pricing.
From 4 May 2026, we will be implementing:
• An increase in product prices across our store in line with increased supplier costs
• An adjustment to our delivery fees including our free delivery threshold in line with increased fuel and courier costs.
Given the ongoing uncertainty—particularly around fuel prices and import-related costs—there is a possibility that further adjustments may be required in the future. We will always do our best to keep any changes to a minimum and communicate them clearly in advance.
This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We understand that these changes affect you directly, and that matters to us.
What won’t change is our commitment to you. We remain dedicated to:
