Fennel tea
Fennel tea is packed with phytonutrients and fibre, and many people find the liquorice like flavour of fennel delicious. To make, you start by crushing about three teaspoons of fennel seeds. You will end up with about one and a half teaspoons of the crushed fennel seeds and all you need to do is pour a cup of boiling water over them. Allow the seeds to steep in the boiling water for five to ten minutes. Stir and enjoy!
Drinking a tea made with crushed fennel seeds is said to help to promote the secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers.
