Directions for use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take one capsule daily (with or without meals). Dose can be increased to one capsule twice daily if needed.

Ingredients

Delta-KNX’ sceletium extract (standardised to 1.25% delta-7-mesembranone) 15 mg – Total alkaloid content: delta-7-mesembranone 188 ‘g, mesembrine 375 ‘g, mesembranone 187 ‘g – Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell, mannitol (sugar alcohol), silicon dioxide, citric acid, magnesium stearate
