Organic Coconut milk 97%, Organic Tapioca, Maltodextrin (derived from Organic Yuka root) 2.5% & Organic Gum Acacia 0.5%) All in gredients are certified organic.
To make coconut milk: add 1 heaped teaspoon of powder to cup of warm water, then blend til smooth.
To make coconut cream: Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons of powder to 1 cup warm water, then blend til smooth.
When mixed with 250ml warm water:
15g makes a light Coconut milk
45g makes a thicker plant based milk
75g makes a creamier milk / cream
150g makes a thick cream, with a very strong flavour.
Once reconstituted with water make sure to keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Store in a cool dry place before and after opening. Re-seal after use.
